Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS), or Willis-Ekbom Disease, is a neurological condition which causes the legs to become restless more so at night.
Many describe the feeling in the legs of throbbing, pulling, creeping, twitching, aching, jumping, fidgety, and so on, with an overwhelming urge to move the legs. The symptoms commonly develop when a person lies down and tries to relax, most often at night. RLS inhibits people from sleeping, which can lead to depression and a poor quality of life.
Exact causes are unknown but believed to be either genetic (primary RLS) or environmental/health factors (secondary RLS), such as iron deficiency, pregnancy, nerve condition, lack of sleep, etc.
restiffic is an innovative breakthrough drug-free treatment for Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). It creates a comfortable, soothing effect, which allows the wearer to relax and enjoy uninterrupted sleep.

on 7.9.17 I have also suffered with Restless Leg Syndrome for many years. It was driving me insane, with sleepless nights, having to go home early on social
nights out and this was getting really debilitating in my life,.
I purchased the Restiffic's and haven't looked back since, as they are the only form of medication that works to soothe my RLS.
My husband thought they were expensive, but has now agreed that they are worth every penny, I don't know what I would do without them now.
I shall be taking them on holiday to Spain with me shortly to wear on the flight. They really do work!!!
My restiffic garment arrived during a busy work time for me and wearing them in bed wasn’t the best as my feet get hot. So I wore them every evening for a few hours instead, within a few days I realised that I had hardly suffered from restless legs. If I did have that feeling, I put them on and the feeling cleared (they do make my shins tingle at first when used in this way).
In october I flew to New Zealand, I took my restiffics in my hand luggage and put them on once we were all settled on the flight. I also took some fluffy socks to keep my toes warm. I cannot say how long I wore them for, probably a few hours as I was watching films etc. But I obviously took them off to leave my seat. The flight was long, but I can only recommend this product and the freedom it has afforded me. I now hardly ever get restless legs, they really do work!
Thank you
Having suffered from RLS for many years, I was desperate to find something that really worked. The Restiffic foot wraps do work! However, they do take a lot of getting used to. You are not meant to walk in them, so if you have to go to the loo in the middle of the night...... well that is fun! They make my feet quite hot, so beware that. I have found that if I put them on when I go to bed and leave them on until early morning when I go to the loo, I actually get a better quality of sleep than I have for many years. I do not sleep through the night, nor do I expect to. The next hurdle will be getting my husband back in bed with me! He has been banished to the spare room for many months due to my tossing and turning because of the RLS!
Great product! It helped me so much!
