Indications

• post-operative immobilisation after posterior shoulder stabilisation or multi-directional instability
• conservative use following traumatic posterior shoulder dislocation with reversed Bankart lesion
• immobilisation in two-directional anterior and posterior shoulder instability or following anterior capsule release
• conservative treatment after tuberculum majus fractures
• latissimus dorsi transfer

Mode of action

• allows positioning of the shoulder at 90° to the frontal plane releasing the posterior capsule to optimum position
